Thank you for choosing BeachNova. We are dedicated to delivering your products safely and efficiently. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to our main destination countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Each order requires processing and quality inspection before shipment.
Handling & Processing Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
2. Transit Time & Delivery Window
Once your order has been processed and passes our quality inspection, it will be dispatched via reliable international carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS).
Transit Time: 4–11 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 Business Days (Production Time + Shipping Time)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. We do not ship to remote outlying islands or military addresses (APO/FPO).
3. Order Tracking
All orders are fully tracked from our facility to your doorstep.
As soon as your package dispatches, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you automatically.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system. You can securely track your package at any time via our official tracking portal or the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Fees & Taxes
Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping applies to all items across our store for supported destinations. No hidden handling fees will be charged at checkout.
Duties and Taxes: For customers in the US, UK, and Australia, all displayed prices are inclusive of local taxes/VAT. You will not incur unexpected clearance charges upon delivery.
5. Order Cancellations
We understand plans change. You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support@beachnova.com.
Once the customization and production process has begun (after 12 hours), the order is actively being manufactured and can no longer be canceled or modified.
6.Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@beachnova.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will swiftly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or an exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and the hygiene liner intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned package, and let you know if the refund was approved based on the condition of the item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
