Shipping
Available delivery methods, costs and estimated dates are shown at checkout after the destination is entered. Orders qualifying for a free-shipping promotion will show that benefit before payment.
Order processing and tracking
Orders may require processing before shipment. Once a carrier accepts the package, tracking information appears in My Account when available.
30-day returns
Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with hygiene liners, tags and packaging intact. Final-sale, personalized and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where permitted by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time can vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
